EMDR, which allows the client to process trauma, grief and loss issues, quickly and more completely than other traditional methods.

Q. What makes Christian counseling different from non-Christian counseling?

A. Reflections aims to respect the individual faith and background of each believer while utilizing Bibical principles in our counseling focus. We recognize that all healing is provided by the Holy Spirit. We enjoy helping clients through their issues in the light of what the Bible teaches. For many of our clients a Christian approach is used in counseling sessions.

Q. What if I am not Chrisitan?

A. Although Reflections serves mostly a Christian population, about 10% of our clients are not necessarly religious. What ever their belief system may be, we are here to meet the mental health needs of everyone who comes in for psychological care. We believe that our Bibical background is seen as a safety net, even by those who do not espouse any religious pursuasion. So why not come in and enjoy personalized counseling services regardless of your background. Reflections is a safe place to meet your mental health needs.

Q. Do you accept Insurance?

A. We accept most PPO and PPOM providers and Dr. Thomas Kelly accepts Blue Cross and Medicare. We can call your insurance carrier to verify your coverage.

Q. What hours are you open?

A. Appointments between 9am and 9pm, we also offer telephone and video conferencing appointments.

Q. How long does it take to get an initial appointment? Do you offer a free consultation?

A. We are currently taking new clients. A free fifteen minute initial consultation can usually be scheduled within a weeks time by giving our office a call today!
